Your loved one has given the gift of life as well as hope for a future to people who are gravely ill and waiting for an organ transplant. These gifts are not taken lightly, and we are committed to honoring each donor and donor family we serve. Aftercare support is provided by our Family Resource Program. We are here to support you and your family as needed or desired. We provide information about corresponding with recipients and websites that offer support for grieving families. Information of upcoming events to honor and remember donors can be found here.
